Our dog treats are made from 100% natural ingredients. We do not use artificial additives, preservatives, or fillers.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We pride ourselves on using high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. All our protein sources are sourced from trusted suppliers who prioritise sustainability and animal welfare, ensuring your dog gets the best treats possible.
How should I store the treats?
To maintain freshness, store our treats in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. For longer shelf life, some treats can be refrigerated or frozen.
How often can I give my dog treats?
Treats should be given in moderation and should not replace your dog’s regular meals. A good rule of thumb is that treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake.
Are your treats suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
Yes! Our treats are designed to be enjoyed by dogs of all breeds and sizes. However, we recommend supervising your dog while they indulge in treats, especially larger items, to prevent any choking hazards.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping in the UK.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with our treats. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll assist you with returns or exchanges as per our return policy.
